What You Need:

  • Your username & password. (Forgot your username or your password? Your username is most likely the email address you use to communicate with us. You can use the forgot password tool on the login page to reset your password.)

Cannot access the login screen? Contact us to see if we changed your login URL, as a security measure.

Want us to do it for you? Please use our website update request form and send us a message.

This tutorial was created to help you, our client, make changes on your own. Sometimes we sometimes take a little longer than usual (due to other pending edits or queued requests) to make any change sent to us via our website update form. If you can’t wait this long for whatever reason, we encourage you to try this update method.

How to Edit Your Website’s Page Text, Step-By-Step

  1. Navigate to your website’s login page (yoursite.com/wp-admin) and log in with your username (email) and password. If you need help with this, contact us via the help center.
  2. This will take you to your site’s dashboard. From here, click on your site title on the top bar.
  3. Now, you’ll be on your website’s homepage. Navigate to the page whose text you want to change, as you normally would.
  4. Once you are on the page that needs edits, click “Enable Visual Builder” on the top bar.
  5. After the page reloads, scroll down to the section that needs an edit. Click on the text and edit it like you would in any other text box.
  6. After your edits are complete, click the center purple button in the bottom tool tray, then click the green “Save” button.
  7. After the save button stops spinning, click “Exit Visual Builder.”
  8. You can now exit your web browser; the changes are live!
