Please provide as much detail as you can; this will help potential event attendees understand your event better and get what they need from your online event page.

3: Where will your event be held? Please include both an address and a named location for the event (i.e. the hotel or restaurant name).

4: What day(s) will this event be held?

5: What time is the event? When will it end?

6: Are there any specific discussions or panels you’d like highlighted? If so, please list the times that these will be held and a name for each.

7: Please list all of the speakers that are confirmed for your event.
If more speakers get added to your roster, you can submit an update ticket at a later time.

8: Please list any entertainers that will be performing at your event.
If more performers get added to your roster, you can submit an update ticket at a later time.

9: Please provide a description of your event. This will help guests get a sense of what they can expect when they attend. One to two paragraphs is best, if possible.

14: If relevant, will childcare be provided at your event?

15: Will there be meals included at your event? If yes, please answer the following: how many meals will be provided, will attendees need to pay extra for meals, can they get in touch with you about food preferences?

16: Where else can people purchase your tickets? We will be making tickets purchase-able through your website for ease-of-use.

17: Will you be asking for sponsors for your event? If yes, Please email us your sponsorship packet when it’s ready.
